Olive Garden’s Culinary Institute of Tuscany is located in the 11th century
village of Riserva di Fizzano. Every year Olive Garden chefs travel to our Culinary
Institute to learn authentic cooking secrets from Italian Chef Romana Neri and Chef
Paolo Lafata.
Hundreds of Olive Garden chefs have traveled to Italy and learned the essential
skills for creating traditional Italian cuisine and popular Italian great dishes; like
how to choose the freshest ingredients, layering flavors to create the perfect meal,
and pairing flavorful wines with each entrée to enhance the dining experience.
