of Riserva di Fizzano, Tuscany - our cooking school in Italy , where the history
of Italian cuisine dishes is made.
Located
in the heart of the Chianti Classico wine-growing region is the Rocca delle Macie
Winery, also owned by our friends, the Zingarelli family. Enjoy a sample of delicious
Rocca delle Macie wines - like Rubizzo Sangiovese and Chianti Classico Riserva -
at your local Olive Garden.
